Who we are

AIMB is a market-data research product presented at aimb.info. This policy covers the public website, its contact and access request forms, and the AIMB account area. You can reach us through the contact form about this policy or your information.

What we collect

When you use a public form, we collect the name, email address, selected topic or product, and message you submit. We record when you acknowledge this policy. The site and its hosting or security services may also process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, and request logs to operate and protect the site.

If you have an AIMB account, account and sign-in information and the data made available to your approved services are handled as part of providing those services. Do not send passwords or private trading records through the public forms.

How we use it

We use form details to review access requests, respond to messages, and manage a conversation you start. We use technical information to run the site, diagnose problems, and protect accounts and forms from misuse. Approved account data is used to provide the AIMB features and permissions assigned to that account.

We do not use public form submissions to make automatic access decisions. Sending a request does not create or approve an account.

Who can access it

Form submissions are stored as private records in WordPress and are available to AIMB administrators. Hostinger hosts this website, and Cloudflare provides its DNS service. These providers may process technical information needed to operate the site. We do not sell the personal information sent through these forms.

Requests and messages remain in the private WordPress inbox until an administrator removes them. Some records may need to be kept for legal or security reasons. Information may be processed in countries where the site’s service providers operate.

Cookies and sign-in

The public pages do not set advertising cookies. WordPress and the account area use essential cookies for sign-in and security. Hosting and security services may use technical measures to keep the site working and protect it from abuse.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you submitted, or raise a privacy question, through the contact form. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Where applicable law provides additional rights, you may exercise those rights through the same contact route.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page when the website or its services change. The date at the top shows when this version was last updated.
